Armand has an appointment to visit his attorney at his new office. When Armand arrives he see that’s his attorney’s new office is up a steep flight of stairs and he will not be able to access it in his wheelchair. After waiting for an hour the attorney leaves his office and see Armand outside. While talking the attorney realizes that his new office could be excluding a lot of potential clients. Armand proclaims that he will be looking for a new attorney and he just happens to see Connecticut's Attorney General, Richard Blumenthal, walking down the street.
