Ruben Felipe serves a high profile role as Mayoral Aid to Bridgeport's John Fabrizzi. Coming from a poor family, and being a minority with a disability Ruben faced discrimination early in his career. There were employers that couldn't see his abilites, but his hard work was what Fabrizzi saw. Ruben is the proud father of two, and recently became a homeowner.
