Profile:
Randy Lewis is the father of a young man on the Autism Spectrum. That
experience inspired Randy to influence corporate America,
specificly his employer Walgreens, to hire more people with
disabilities. Randy did it the right way; he showed solid numbers and a
good business plan. His forward thinking has led to one successful
distribution facility in South Carolina employing 42% people with
disabilities, and a building project in Windsor Connecticut to do the
same thing.
