Stuart Cohen is owner of Conn and Conn Mortgage in West Hartford, CT.

ability rather than disability. Employee Stephen Mendelsohn, whose
autism makes him extremely focused, is the perfect person for the
highly detailed work he performs. His organizing skills and ability to
remember zip codes has saved a ton of money in postage. Stuart Cohen
also benefits from his friendship with Stephen.
Michael Lee Gogin, popular film and television actor, is a little
person
working to break stereotypes. His newest role as a factory owner is
just the sort of part he loves because it is close to reality for him.
Art imitages life: His wife and children in
the movie are average size, just like his own wife and two children.
Michael has also had his
share of roles which could be seen as typecasting: playing magical
characters in the Lord of the
Rings and Charmed. His thoughts on this are that it was fun to do but
